# Hướng dẫn Tải tệp mẫu lên hệ thống

Bước 1: Chọn Settings => Workflow => Publisher Library, tải tệp tin cần sử dụng bằng cách chọn Add a File để tải file phiếu phản biện lên hệ thống

Đặt tên file (ví dụ: Nguyên tắc dành cho phản biện như trong hình), và chọn phân loại cho tệp tin (Other), chọn file cần tải, tick vào ô Public access => OK

Sau khi file được tải lên, Chọn Edit tại file đó

Và copy đường link bôi xanh và gửi cho người dùng cần gửi

Bước 2: Admin paste đường link cho vừa copy vào nội dung cần đưa tệp tin mẫu vào.

*Ví dụ như hình dưới, admin thêm đường link tệp tin đó vào mục nguyên tắc cho người phản biện:*
